For context I asked for two girl goslings so I didn’t have an issue with breeding but it is what it is and I love my goose and gander as they are.
My geese have grown up and are getting it on. They’ve built a nest and are laying eggs in it, so I’ve been swapping their eggs out with infertile duck eggs. I only want two geese and my property can’t support more and also they’re siblings.
But my goose is now sitting on the nest so I can’t lock them up at night anymore because they won’t leave it.
How long will she sit on them without them hatching?
As in when will she give up so that I can put them away at night and not have to worry about predators getting them at night?
Thank you
