When to assist duckling hatch?!

This duckling stuck its beak out of the shell 21 hours ago and has not made any progress. The beak is still moving, indicating that it is still alive, but has not pushed its beak back into/further out of the shell. I have others hatching/pipped at the current moment, so I am not sure if I should assist. Should I leave it or assist?

Hi, I would leave it as with chicks, it's assist if they aren't out within 24 hours, but for ducks it's longer, up to 36 hours.
