When to move to coop

First time chicken owner: Do you think these chicks are ok to go to their coop? I have electricity in the coop so I can move their brooder plate with them, although they don't seem to use it much.
They are getting quite large for the brooder & are much happier when I take them for field trips outside. I have 8 & they are approximately 4.5 weeks old but I suspect a little older based on feathering. They were picked up from the feed store on May 16.
The weather has been consistently in the 70s during the day & the lows are in the 60s at night.

They are more than ready to be outside.

Feel free to put the brooder plate in with them but don't be surprised if they don't use it, as it's quite warm enough already for them.
