where to find fantail pigeons?

I friend of mine wants to get into pigeons, but does not have a clue were to start. Where can he find some, and is there anyone in southwest michigan breeding them?

My Indians just laid their clutch a few days ago, but if they hatch, I'll have them up for sale when they are weaned. You'll probably find others by that time though, haha. Mine are all white.
