White cabbage ok for my birds?

My neighbour gave me a cabbage which is mainly white. Is it OK to give it to the chickens?

I feed purple cabbage to mine fairly often. They really like it. I would imagine white is just fine too. If you hang the cabbage on a string from something then it is a snack and an enriching toy!

Fun fact: The purple cabbage makes the chickens poop aquamarine blue!! I thought my girls were seriously ill the first time I saw that. Then I put two and poo together(teehee).
