White comb and build up around here eyes

One of my girls has this issue going around her face and comb. She looks and acts healthy, but I’m not sure what this is. Is it a fungus? I have about 20 birds in there and she’s the only only one that has this.

Where are you located in the world?

Hard to tell what's happening with her. It could be a fungal infection like Favus. An anti-fungal cream applied to the skin may help clear it up.

Do you see any mites or lice on her?
