White residue on less than year old Silkie Chicken

Hi! I’ve had chickens for a few years but this is my first time raising silkies. I’ve got three, one rooster and two adorable girls. We got them from a local breeder in May.

My black silkie, Judy has some crusty/crunchy white residue on the tips of her wings. Not sure what it is. All of my other non silkies have no problems dusting in a routine but my silkies just haven’t. We’ve tried saw dust, sand, and dirt and everything to encourage them to get them to try it. Is that part of the problem?
I’m not sure if it’s mites or lice or something else but it’s definitely concerning. I should mention it’s probably been on her wings for about a month and a half? None of the other two birds have it (they are separate from my older flock of five birds).

I kind of figured it would fix itself but it hasn’t so now I’m here. Hopefully I can get some help and advice! Thanks!

There is something called depluming mites. Ivermectin is commonly used to treat it once and in 14 days. If using the pour on, the dosage is 0.1 ml per every 2 pounds of weight. There is an egg withdrawal time with ivermectin. https://www.merckvetmanual.com/poultry/ectoparasites/mites-of-poultry
