will call ducks fly away and never come back if i dont clip their wing

will they fly away and never come back if i dont clip there wing. i dont really want to as i have predators and i want them to be able to fly away from them if need be. will they fly away if they get fed and watered here everyday?

Mine never had. I just kept them penned up until they started going into the coop on their own. Once they did that I let them free range and they always found their way back at night.

do they fly around in the yard? from place to place.
