Hello all, newbie chicken keeper here. We have an eight week old Rhode Island Red who I've noticed keeps dropping her wing from her sides when she's standing or laying down, just the one wing on the left side. She's inside right now in the brooder (the coop outside is nearly finished, we've had some minor setbacks and they're going outside as soon as it's finished, hopefully a few days, luckily the brooder we've made is pretty large!) Is this normal or abnormal? We're keeping these chickens as pets so we're kind of worried. We're thinking maybe she possible banged up her wing on something? Help or advice for these worried, new chicken Moms would be greatly appreciated!

2 options comes to mind. New wing feathers can feel heavy sometimes, or Mareks can cause drooping wings, often accompanied by unsteady walking.
