Winter egg incubation?

Its winter and my 2 chickens are broody....i gave them eggs to hatch...both of my chickens get off the nest twice...is it any thing to be concerned about? Will the temperature affect the eggs?
Temperature = 18°C

My sister managed to hatch 1 egg by broody in February one year was around -20C the whole time. I'm not sure how often she got off the nest though.

Any of yours that do hatch expect to be later than day 21. As long as they don't freeze they should be mostly ok.
