Wondering. Normal life expectancy of boer goat

Just curious do just noticed how old big mama Lucy has gotten. Years fly by so quick. I was just wondering about how many more years I have with her. She's kinda the core of my small gang. Trying to breed the younger ones (which I will be posting questions during since it's been a long time)
She's almost 10 yrs. boer goat and best mom ever but obviously not breeding her again at her age
She's one of the first 2 goats I ever owned. No significant health concerns or anything. Slowing down over the years ( but heck who isn't?!)
So just just curious

Well, my part boer was really sickly her first 2 years and shes like 6 now, so if she's been healthy all the time, she should have a year or two left.

Not the same, but we have sheep that are around that age

She's always been an extremely healthy and strong. My friend used to call her Wonder Woman because of her perfect persona, brave yet loving. Always the watch guard and 'leader of th pack '. The other 3 ....2 she gave birth to and 1 her sister gave birth to but is no longer with us

I think the oldest goat I ever had was fourteen when she died. I am assuming that Boers would have about the same life expectancy as dairy goats.

Normally 16 years goat age observed. As much we care about their diet the much they will be healthy and active.
