Wry neck in pullet, when to cull?

She barely hold her head like in the second picture, most of the time her head is way down on her belly turned like in first picture. I don't have vitamin E, Bs or selenium, I can't get them. Is there some food she can have that may help her? Or it won't get better without vitamins and selenium? Thid is 3rd day since she has wry neck and she is inside since yesterday. If she won't get better without vitamins I would like you to tell me to end her suffering. She is healthy otherwise and poop is normal.

She just developed it suddenly? I’m no expert but I believe the only solution is the vitamins.

What human vitamin and chicken products DO you have? Why can't you get the vitamins? We might could help you if we have more info.

Most pharmacies and even grocery stores have vitamin E in some form or other. What is available in Serbia where you are? A little cooked egg has enough selenium. Foods high in E are nuts, seeds, some oils, tuna, salmon, peanut butter, spinach, and broccoli. Here is a long list of foods with E:
