Not sure if this is any help but from what I've read = Vitamin E 400IU 2x day for 10 days & Selenium 25mcg 1x day for 10 days (Selenium 250mcg tablet can be dissolved in 2 ml water feeding .2cc).

Eggcessive is a good source, saw this she posted helping someone else out...

If you are giving vitamin E, egg for selenium, and B vitamins including thiamine, that is probably enough. One article "crookneck in chickens" by BrownEggBlueEgg suggests giving 400-800 mcg of E daily. But E is fat soluble, so I would keep it near 400 mcg unless using water soluble E. Wry neck or torticolis is a neurological symptom which can be hereditary, caused by a head or neck injury, vitamin E deficiency if feed is old, but also can be found in some infectious viral diseases. Mareks disease, lymphoid leukosis, Newcastles, and some respiratory diseases. I would help her eat and drink watered down chicken feed with egg, if she does not seem to be getting enough, but it sounds like she is gaining weight.

I gave my girl 1 drop of selenium 1/2 a 1000 capsule vitamin E mixed it with a bit of water and syringed drop by drop. Also gave her some scrambled egg she gobbled it up. Its funny because sometimes she walks around fine head up, but when something startles her she drops and twists her head for a good 10 minutes before recovering again.

Hi Eliese,
I know this is an old post, but my 6 week old silkie rooster is doing the same. Walks around fine for a while, but it startled or stressed is upside down twisting his head on the ground. How did you go with the treatment?
Cheers
