Wyandotte color

So my first two Wyandottes are supposed to be Blue laced. Since I know almost nothing about chickens is this how a blue looks or are they going to be gold laced?

They are blue laced gold. At least that's the way it looks to me in the pictures.

Thank you all the gold lace pics I had seen looked black and gold and blue lace had more of red panels in feathers. I had to look up blue laced gold and found pics should be very pretty girls when grown up now waiting on the younger gold lace to catch up can't wait. Three weeks old took them out for first time to play in the grass.

Blue laced red and blue lace gold are sometimes used interchangably. they are very similar, but red is more intense than gold, so it looks darker and more accentuated.
