A quick update on my baby , she’s spoiled rotten but doing amazing . Thank you all for all the help with my special girl. 💜
Wanted to share pics of our coop... We finally got it all set up the way I had originally intended (except I wanted the nest boxes in a different spot, but this works, too)! Just a few finishing touches, and it will be done! (After only a year and a half... 🙄)
One question, though - most of my hens won't go up to the top nest boxes to lay. Any suggestions to get them interested?

If they're used to laying in the bottom three, you could switch those to something less desirable, like a plastic nesting mat, and keep the nice straw bedding for top boxes only. No clue if this would work, but it's what I would do!
your Avatar, is that an Austrolorp or Jersey Giant, feet are green, I have both of these breeds in my flock, I think the JG's have dark green feet...beauiful birds they look like big fluffy pillows...lol
