Full, squishy like water balloon near vent, not walking

OK, so it’s about the same hen I posted yesterday. She can only walk a few steps. She was getting better today walking more but now when I feel her area around her vent, it feels very full and like it’s full of fluid. Any thoughts? I’m very worried about her. She is a two-year-old wellsummer...

Hen is only able to walk a few steps, then falls down. Please Help!

I have a two-year-old wellsummer hen that is unable to walk more than a few steps without sitting down and using her wings to balance. She’s able to drink and eat if I bring her to the water. Her vent is nice and soft and I don’t feel Any. Not sure when she laid an egg last. What should I do? I...

    Blackened/ bruised combs??

A few of my hens have this blackish discoloration on their combs. I just noticed it a couple of days ago. They are about a year and a half. There are no scabs or lesions just discoloration. Is this normal?

Horrible smelling crop and poop- Lethargic and isolating

    1) Splash Maran 2) Acting lethargic, still eating somewhat- isolating from the group. Not sure she has laid an egg in a while but her vent area is soft. Lots of green stool (formed) below her vent. Crop feels like a soft water balloon and is larger than normal. While mashing it, she burped...

    Limping/ no visible injury

I have a welsummer pullet (16weeks) that is limping. I have examined her foot, no visible injury or swelling. I gently pressed on her leg and she didn’t react. Should I be worried that something is brewing out maybe she just pulled a muscle?

Thoughts on the one with more comb and wattle development? Both are a little over 15 weeks. There are 2 pics of each for comparison. Thank you

Australorp- 8 weeks any guesses on gender?

I’m new to this breed. I received 2 day old chicks, one with a comb development quicker than the other. Still no predominant waddles at eight weeks. Just a faster developing pullet or questionable cockerel?

    Lavender Orpington- 6 weeks- pullet/cockerel

Almost 6 weeks- ordered a pullet from hatchery. Is it still too early? No obvious wattles at this time. Looks like saddle feathers but isn't too soon for those?

    Welsummer chicks- question

I received two welsummer chicks l (my first time with this breed) from Meyer’s as day old chicks on 1/11. Both looked identical but now the difference between them is huge! Is this normal? My other breed pairs are quite similar. I ordered all female. The last pic shows them together. Thanks...

    It’s a cockerel isn’t it?

I just have a gut feeling about this one. I have two week old chick and I feel like this one is a cockerel. It is a Blue Orpington from Meyer hatchery born 1/10 ish. Too soon?

    Scaly leg mites? Funky feet

I have so many questions about this chicken. She’s a buff Orpington that’s about 19 weeks old. And her feet are massive!!! Which has me concerned that she’s actually a rooster. Now I’ve noticed that they have been getting darker and the scales look like this. Do I need to soak her feet in Epsom...

Wait... so I am not French?/ more pics

So I was told when I bought this sweet girl she was a blue copper Marans. I don’t think she is. I’m thinking that she’s a Langshan... Or is she’s something else? She definitely has the U-shaped more so when she walks then on the picture. And very dark brown eyes.

Is my lady a dude? Saddle feathers?

So I have 4 buff Orpingtons. One of which has yellow legs and now appears to have different tailfeathers. Dolly is 10 weeks old. I think these are saddle feathers coming in but I’m not quite sure. Her comb and waddles are not developed see attached pictures. Thoughts? I cannot have a Roo where I...
