Have you thought about enrolling him in either obedience or trying agility? He would get some mental stimulation while learning and burning off some energy.

I’ve thought about it and he did do a puppy class as a puppy but the trouble is classes are so expensive and I don’t have any money also don’t drive atm and I doubt my dad would drive me.
