Duckling has ball on cheek

I have a duckling and I just noticed this ball on his cheek. He is acting normal. Eating/drinking. What could this be and how do i help this baby!?

Is if hard, soft squishy? Can you see a sting/bite-sized mark or injury?

It was squishy. I had a hard time seeing if their was any marks. I do here her wheezing a bit. I drained it and it was a clear liquid. Put some acv in her water while I waited to see if someone thought i should just wait and see or start on baytril if it was a sinus infection. She has plenty of access to clean water to clean her face in too
