lol Im slow this day.I know y'all won't be good.....
Ham for salads, 8 TV dinners for time when we come in late and can't cook, a jar of sugar free grape jam, and something else that I can't remember.bread and milk? lol
Banquet makes some smaller TV dinners with turkey or a beef patty, green peas, & mashed taters for $1.99 each. You will not over eat with one. Not like home cooking but when you are knock down dragged out tired they are good enough to eat and go to sleep on.Wow, you did good. One frozen dinner here is $5.

I do too but need to use the difference in price to buy other things needed worse. When you are really tired and in pain they are good enough for a quick meal before napping in a chair or going to bed. Time for some pillow talk now. BBLI like the stouffers the best.
I had lost 2 more lbs last month. Not much but better then gaining. I just cant figure out why Im dropping it. I have a lot more to go.One more thing before I become brain wave disabled, I've lost 10 more pounds since cutting all the carbs I safely can... Now to get on with the next 20... If I loose enough maybe I can get an approval for new hips.
