HELP! Hen went BLIND + SHAKES head continuously

My five month old hen suddenly went blind. She just started acting strangely and then I noticed that she can see. She keeps shaking her head and then slowly moves it from left to right. She was sneezing a couple months ago before we have her Tylosol.

Now I see my other hens shaking their heads. But I read on this forum that many people’s hens are doing the same and they think it is normal.

any thoughts on why this happened, what they have, and what I should do?

Anything inside the beaks or in the ears?
I think I hear some symptoms of respiratory illness - gurgling or rattling...not sure.
Check for lice and mites too.
You can try the Tylosin to see if that helps improve symptoms.

Where are you located in the world?

Sudden blindness could be from disease like Marek's. If you lose any birds, having some testing/necropsy would give you some answers.
