Is Momma Duck rejecting bqby

Help! So first time my duck has hatched eggs. The first duckling hatched and is pushed off to the side of the nest and his neck is twisted. Momma doesn't seem I terested in the baby.. Do I remove the baby or leave it upon Momma duck to take care of him? She has other eggs hatching that she is sitting on

It sounds like he might have a deformity with the twisted neck. Pics? She could be rejecting him for that reason. If so, it would be best to remove it from the nest.
