rooster or hen?

I got some baby chickens that where about 3 weeks old when i got them, now they are almost full grown and the hens should start laying eggs soon. I ended up having 3 that appered to be rooster, 2 of which now crow their heads off every morning but the other one acts like a hen and does not crow yet. It has a comb and wattle like the roosters. Also, they are all mixed breeds.

Once you have a couple more posts, you can post a picture of them. That would be best way for us to tell which ones are roosters and hens.
