Rooster's leg problem

Hello everyone,
I have a rooster that I have been raising for a year.
These parts of its leg (I am not sure what these are called) have grown a lot. Should I be concerned about it?
If there is anything that I should do about these please let me know.

Those are his spurs. Unless they are causing problems when he walks or injuring hens, all is fine. The tips can be blunted with dog nail clippers or a dremel. His toenails need to be trimmed.
