yolk not absorbed

Hi Just my baby chick hatched under mama hen but its yolk still not fully absorbed. I'm totally confused what to do next. on every touch it chirps alot.. what to do? let it rest like this or is there any procedure? Its urgent..

keep it away from the mama, as she will peck at it, keep it on a towel, or something like that, and keep it warm. there isn't much you can do but wait and see

Welcome to BYC, Best to keep it in a warm, dry, clean place and hop that it absorbs the rest of the yolk. -Kathy
