Picked up some duck eggs for eating, had one this am for breakfast. Wanting to make a custard or brûlée. Anyone have any good recipes using duck eggs? Thanks

I had six duck eggs this morning....funny thing is though I only have five hens.....

I have DH's birthday cheesecake in the oven. Cheesecakes make me nervous (this is only the 3rd one I've made). Keeping my fingers crossed it turns out ok!

The most common mistake is over cooking.

Cheese cakes do not set until refrigerated.
