Icing is a pink fizz icing tub, used half of it so will have to use it up in the week.

I bought the air fryer lid to my Instant Pot today. For its inaugural run, I made what I guess most people call pan fried potatoes...? home fries? Season chunks of potato that we usually bake at 400 for 45 minutes in olive oil. And since it's really hot and muggy, this is a way to have them in the dog days of summer. Not to mention, they're done in 20 minutes!

Does anyone have air fryer recipes to share? I can see using this gizmo a LOT!

I gave my air fryer away we havew air conditioning and oil fryer convection oven and retired

I fed PennyJo today and am about to put together a Champlain loaf. We finished the last loaf tonight toasted with homemade soup. It was so good even 4 days old. Or maybe 5 days??
