1 tbsp for every cup of flour is what I do

I don't add honey until after the steeping process. My family don't all like it real spicy so I use it to cut the heat and make it more palatable lol

This is not a play by play,,,, just multiple shots of some coffee cakes I baked for this weekend fiesta. I posted recipes previously. (they are in the index)
The blond is Peach cake. (Yeast raised) The brunette, is shredded apple cake, (Baking powder and Baking soda raised)
I make multiples, and give away to family, and friends to take home.
