I’ve been tying knots lately. It’s another one of my hobbies.

I guess you could say I’ve been “knotty.”

Had pasta tonight.

Truckers hitch. Used to secure loads to a truck or trailer. Gives a mechanical advantage.

Spanish bowline. I don’t know about it’s use.

Alpine Butterfly knot. I think it’s used for putting a loop in mid line.

Sheep shank. Used to temporarily shorten a rope.

Bowline. Used to put a loop an the end of a line that does not get bigger or smaller.

Two half hitches. Used to secure a rope to a pole.

This is all to the best of my knowledge, by the way.
