Did some baking in this NEW YEAR. :highfive:
Not recipes,, just some ideas, and tips.
Play by play on some dinner rolls turned into Super,,, Mini,, Pizza bites.
Sauce spooned onto dinner rolls cut into halves

That is chopped/sliced peperoni , and dusted with some Italian Seasoning

These baked potatoes were in oven well oven one hour. I ran across this method of baking on American Test Kitchens site. They use an internal thermometer to determine when baked all the way through.
My first time using a thermometer to determine if baked.
I have baked potatoes many times before. It was always the old school way,,,,,, of wrapping in foil, and then baking. They came out fine,,,, but this new method I do prefer.:yesss: ,,,,,,,,,,,,Potatoes were not wrapped.

Filled with cottage cheese, and fresh chives. :drool:drool:drool

Notes;
I of course scrub the potatoes well while washing, to remove all possibilities of soil/sand traces. I do eat the baked potato skin and all. Some individuals prefer to skip the skins.:idunno
 
I have baked potatoes many times before. It was always the old school way,,,,,, of wrapping in foil, and then baking.
The old school way of baking potatoes was without aluminum foil. My understanding of why baked potatoes in a restaurant were in foil was because they were boiled, not baked.

The skin has so many nutrients.
