Not recipes,, just some ideas, and tips.
Play by play on some dinner rolls turned into Super,,, Mini,, Pizza bites.
Sauce spooned onto dinner rolls cut into halves
That is chopped/sliced peperoni , and dusted with some Italian Seasoning
Topped with Mozzarella

These baked potatoes were in oven well oven one hour. I ran across this method of baking on American Test Kitchens site. They use an internal thermometer to determine when baked all the way through.
My first time using a thermometer to determine if baked.
I have baked potatoes many times before. It was always the old school way,,,,,, of wrapping in foil, and then baking. They came out fine,,,, but this new method I do prefer. ,,,,,,,,,,,,Potatoes were not wrapped.
The cut open potato shows the interior to be flakey
Filled with cottage cheese, and fresh chives.
Notes;
I of course scrub the potatoes well while washing, to remove all possibilities of soil/sand traces. I do eat the baked potato skin and all. Some individuals prefer to skip the skins.
