I have a 65 foot motor home I turned into a chicken coop attached to an outdoor run it is pretty fortified but I have noticed over the last few weeks I am losing chickens one by one but today I found four dead ones when I went in to clean and feed. I cant figure out what could possibly be getting in and how the only thing I can think of is minks or rats I did find dead rats in there just after I started using the coop but what ever it is is biting off the head and necks of my chickens and leaving the bodies. Please help if anyone might know what I can do to stop this

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow

I am so sorry for your losses. Rats and minks can definitely squeeze in through small spaces and cracks and holes in the floor, wheelwells or engine compartment. You need to go over every inch of it and seal every hole off or they will continue to get in.
