Just Hatched

My chickens just hatched! I don't know what to do. They've had 0 water, and only the eggshell for food. Any help would be awesome.

Are they in the brooder now? Does it have a heat source and cool area?

They don't need food or water for a few days if you leave them in incubator until all hatch. I take mine to brooder as they get active in incubator.

I have them with the chicken that sat on them.

Oh, well then there is little you have to do. She will take them to food and water. You just need to provide crumble or mash (not a layer feed) and clean water. The brooding hen does all the rest.

You may need to provide ramps if there are elevations for the wee chicks to overcome. They will follow mom everywhere and chirp when cold so she instantly sits and they all crawl under her to warm up. She'll be in run as usual during days and they will follow- may need ramps to go in and out of coop and their feed will need to be in the run where mom will be.
