My mother in law has grape vines but they haven’t grown all that much over the years. However she doesn’t tend to them. I will probably look at TSC and see if they have the hops.Like me!

Wow I’ve never thought of that one! It’s a neat idea. The birds won’t be able to eat a lot of the plant if I plant on the outside of the fence because the netting is .75 inch X .75 inch. I wouldn’t think anyway. I looked it up and it’s pretty cold hardy too! I have to replant my thornless blackberries but I don’t really want to share those with the birds. My whole family fights over them.Hardy kiwis would also be amazing but I've no idea of their potential toxicity to birds, and they're maybe a little on the delicate side to survive being pecked at.
