Blue Plymouth Rock?

I've been looking forward to breeding chickens since I started keeping them a decade ago, and on a whim I decided to look up this little lady's purported breed. The guy I bought her from as a pullet said she was a Blue Plymouth Rock, but then I started looking into the breed and I'm wondering if she really is?? She's a much darker gray than they usually are, and she's got pewter gray legs that match her feathers and very dark brown eyes, and lays a light to medium brown egg. Just thought I'd see if this sounds like a Blue Plymouth Rock to you guys.

Thanks! I was looking around at other posts about Blue Plymouth Rocks and I see that some are confused with australorps. I wonder if that's what she is. Pretty girl

Looks like a sapphire gem, or blue Plymouth rock. Both are crosses. I don't believe that the blue Plymouth rock is an approved breed. I could be wrong.

Thanks for the feedback! So is it the dark legs that set it apart from Plymouth Rock? And very dark eyes. They looked black at first, but in bright sunlight they're dark brown.

She is a beautiful chicken! I may need to get some of those! Wow.
