3 months ago our rooster (roostie) got killed by a dog and left us with only two chickens out of 4 being able to hatch the babies as they were broodie at the time, but now that our rooster is gone our chickens arent fertilized and the third chicken went broodie, we want to get a rooster to fertilize it but we have babie chicks (about 4 weeks) and teenage chicks (about 9 weeks) and what happens if the rooster doesent like the chicks and kills em'?

I wouldn't go that route. By the time quarintine is done she'll have been sitting for over a month and that wouldn't be good for her. Also, she won't lay anymore eggs until she is no longer broody so a rooster won't help with her anyhow. I think it would work better to check out your local CL or the byc for sale page and see if you could get some fertile eggs localy to put under her. Your feed store would probably be a good resource for fertile eggs too, especially if you aren't looking for a specific breed.
