Floppy Comb, weight loss, poopy butt...

I noticed last week that Priscilla's butt was oddly poopy - very wet and her feathers were a mess. I hosed her butt off and thought that would be it. 2 days later, the same thing but also noticed her comb seemed to be a little floppier than normal. I went out of town for a few days and this morning was checking on them and same thing again but when I picked her up, her weight seems to be down significantly. Her energy levels have seemed fine, she ate some biscuits I put out there this morning w/ the rest of the girls and behaviorally seems normal but clearly she's not ok. She's also been laying odd "eggs" (shell-less yolks or rubbery, missile-shaped egg mass) but I think that may just be old age getting to her and not necessarily related. Could she have worms? No external parasites, no eggs bound from what I can tell.
