Lethargic Hen with Yellow Watery Diarrhea

I have not treated her for coccidiosis and it's really hard to get a picture of her poop cause it's yellow water that comes out, no substance what so ever. She won't eat anything but will only drink which is why I think it's just water coming out for poop.

I really think she may have cancer or another reproductive disease such as egg yolk peritonitis. You could try giving her antibiotics which might give her some time. Enrofloxacin (Baytril) is used by some to treat EYP. Tube feeding is an option, but if it were me I probably wouldn't put her through the ordeal. It is a way of getting food into her in case she is just too weak to eat. Have you felt of her crop--is it empty? Here is a good thread about tube feeding if you wish to try it, and another for baytril sources:

Her crop is completely empty. How long can hens go without eating? I feel helpless and wish I could help her. She still talks to me but she's starting to get mad at me for trying to put food in front of her. She's still drinking though

I had a hen last year who was sick for about 2 days. She had green droppings and she would eat a little egg once a day, nothing else. After she died I did a necropsy and found her gizzard full of sunflower seed hulls. The other hens had eaten some as a treat, and she must have either eaten too many, or had some problem digesting them. Sometimes we don't know what was wrong without performing a necropsy after death. I would get a necropsy by your state vet, or do one yourself if she doesn't make it. It is pretty rough when we can't help our pets.
