Hi guys,
I bought one of those plastic mouse traps with the one way mechanical door, mouse goes in, can't get out...typical live trap. Put it between my compost pile and the coop since most of the mice I've seen are in that area, trying to prevent a problem before it gets out of hand. Instructions said to bait with peanut butter. I found out I have a lot more ants than I realized. Night after night, I check the trap and it's chok full of ants. What is the recommended bait from your perspective? I move the trap 75 ft away, more ants the next day, they find it. Obviously I have ants to slay in my future (currently am doing so) just wondering how people bait their traps, or if they do? Thanks for any suggestions
Mark
