What is causing this?

I've got 4 out of 14 hens that have this patch of feathers missing. Could it be my roo being a little aggressive with these gals?

It certainly could be the rooster. I've also known hens to pick at each other right in that spot.

Hummm. The hens pecking makes sense. All 4 are from the same coop. 9 total in that coop. Roost length is 8' so I'm a little tight there, but they always roost on top of one another in one corner, lol.
