Bumblefoot, callus or something else?

When one of our ducks was swimming in their pool I noticed this on her foot. Any idea if it’s Bumbkefoot, a Callus or something else entirely? She’s acting normal so no pain or anything unusual.

Looks like bumblefoot to me. It doesn't appear to be too bad, so shouldn't be real hard to treat. The earlier you treat, the smaller it is, the easier it is. Link below to how to treat without surgery.
