Do your Embden or Africans fly?

Both of our Africans can get airborn, we clip the right wing while they are young and now they stay grounded. Will have to do the same with their gosling from this year. Clipping is easy, last until the next molt.

My two embdens are going to be too heavy to fly. They are 8 weeks now and their is no way they could get airborn even at this age. They are really cute though when they spread their wings and hop around the yard. They seem really proud of their "flying skills".

I had a couple Africans for several years and they never flew. They would run with their wings out and attempt, but were just too heavy to get airborn
