Maybe it's the time of year, but why do a couple of guineas chase each other non-stop? I can't tell if it's 2 males or a male chasing a female. I don't mean the quick feather-ruffled rushes that they do often. A couple will chase all around the house, everywhere, at high speed, for a looong time. They seem to have a lot of stamina! I think one finally gets exhausted. I've never seen guineas mate, not like chickens. I'll see a guinea go after a rooster, catching it by the tail and holding on. Quite entertaining.

It may well be two males. I had similar experience and the apha male was bullying the two younger males. I moved the two *victims* in with the chickens and all is well again in the guinea world lol
