How many chickens to feed 60-70 wedding guests?

I thinking of growing out the chickens needed for my moms wedding dinner and was wondering how many chickens I would need to feed 60-70 people? We would be doing a BBQ style dinner and using the chickens cut into pieces...

We are planning the wedding for mid-July so also when would I have to get started? How long to the cornishX take to grow out to a reasonable weight?

I would really appreciate any help I can get!!!

30-40 chickens should do it, avg 1/2lb per person or you could serve it as split breast or leg quarters, this would be the easiest way to serve it with less waste and it offers the right portion in both white and dark meat.
