Congratulations. But for a buff Orpington that is the shorter side of the amount of time it can take them to lay. I love the names Raven and Snow! Is your EE white? Mine lays pretty blue-green eggs, too!Congrats! Two of my ladies starting laying in the last week. My Australorp Raven and my White Easter Egger Snow. They are both 5 1/2 months old. Yesterday Raven laid & Snow gave us her first pastel green egg (it was -4 F outside!!)
