Cinnamon Pull Aparts

1 pkg Rhodes frozen rolls (any frozen type will work)
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pecans
2 sticks butter, melted

Sprinkle in bottom of bundt pan sugar, 1 stick butter, melted, & pecans (crushed or grated). Roll the rolls in 1 stick of melted butter, then roll them in cinnamon and brown sugar mixture with some grated pecans too. Stack in pan.
Cover with towel and let rise overnight or 6 hours. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let set in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto a serving plate...serve HOT!

Glaze

1cup of powdered sugar
2 tsp warm water

Mix well. Drizzle over rolls.

I have used this recipe with my homemade rolls. Works well too, don't leave out as long...

1 cup of shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tblsp milk
2 cup flour
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup of choc. chips (can use different flavors for different occasions)

Preheat oven to 375*. Cream sugars and shortening. Add eggs, vanilla & milk, mix.
Slowly add flour, while stirring. Add all other dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Drop onto cookie sheets. Bake till golden brown. Makes about 36.

Hint* This is my recipe...after many tries, I found something that makes us all happy...some can add raisens for a good touch.
I only bake mine for about (I have a gas oven) 5 minutes...will be golden brown on the lower side of cookie...makes the cookie moist and soft!

1 9 inch graham cracker crust (homemade or boughten)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 21 oz can of cherry pie filling (blueberry, strawberries...your choice)

Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl, add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Chill for 5 hours. Do Not Freeze.

Top with filling (fruit of your choice)....or just serve plain with some crushed graham cracker crumbs sprinkled on top!

**Hint** Do not leave out the lemon juice, it stiffens the cheesecake.
Serving with cherries for supper tonight.

Here's a simple recipe and it's lower in calories too.

Take any cake mix (dry) and pour in any can of diet soda, mix well and pour into 9x13 pan and cook according to directions on box. Cool and spread with light cool whip and refrigerate.

I used red velvet cake mix and diet coke....it was delicious!!

I was told that lemon cake mix and diet sprite was good also.

Bet chocolate cake and diet cherry coke would be good.
