Pekin Duckling Loosing Fur At 2 Weeks, Disease or Turing Into An Adult?

i have 2 Pekin ducklings, and they are loosing some of their yellow fur, I’m starting to see a lot of red skin and I’m wondering if they are just getting there adult feathers, or if it’s a disease or something wrong. they get fresh water. I feed them chick starter.
