• Ah, chicks, and post number 6? My only roosters name is Pastel. He is an Barred Rock mixed with a Black Australorp. His sister, Splotch is the same. She is alpha. I have a Rhode Island Red hen named BBQ. Next an Easter Egger(?) named Bolt. Then my newest hen who is a Barnevelder (I thought the was a Golden Laced Wyandotte) named Willow. She has not started laying eggs yet. Any day now though.

All hens have laid eggs. I have my one EE hen Bolt aho is taking a break.
I do have a picture. Not sure how good of one though...
She has beard/muff, green legs, and a pea or rose comb. I think that she is a mutt. I also had a rooster(her brother) who had a beard/muffs and he was mixed with a RIR. I rehoned him. He's dead now, but he has two sons.

Ahhh, post number five on my birds. My 6 origin guineas names are, Guineass(Guinea-iss) is my royal purple male, then my white female, Ridges. Madame Pearl is my pearl female, and my pearl male is named Harry. My two white males don't have names, as I can't tell them apart. Chickens now!!...
Post number four on my birds. My 8 baby guineas names are, starting with my females, and the white female last... Iris, Eclipse, Moon, and the white one, Frost. Now my pearl baby boys. Phoenix, Russell, Ron, and Riley.
Post number three update on my birds. My two teen-adult guineas are ones that my friend hatched out, but they came from my eggs. Pie and Ditzy. Pie, judging by her name, is a pie female. Ditzy is a white male. He fell on his head a a keet, and now he has neurological problems... they are never gonna be free range.
Okay post number two on my birds. My eight babie guineas consist of 3 pearl females, and one white female. And then four male baby Pearl's. By babies, I mean they have not started laying, but their birthday is August 25 or a few days before.
Hm, I may need to do a few posts on this, but let me update on all of my poultry. I have 16 guinea fowl... 8 babies, my 6 originals, and two teen-adults. In my original group I have one royal purple male, two white males and one white female, and a pear male and pearl female.
