No but not because of cannabalism. Mine free range in yard and will pick up worms bugs etc for their protein and occasionally I treat with dried mealworms due to the protein content. I think these are more natural forms of protein they might find in their environment.

My chickens find their own meat--they catch and eat bugs, worms, small snakes, even mice.

Mine have picked cooked turkey legs clean to the bone, caught and eaten snakes, frogs, a fledgling English sparrow , butterflies, moths, ants, spiders, live meal worms, grubs, etc. I've tried to entice them into eating the gazillions of slugs around my property but no go!

My chicken's eat our table scraps. Why throw leftovers away when I could give it to them? I admit, they eat and love leftover chicken. I doubt they know it's even chicken, they only know it's tasty.

Everyone has their limits. Same here on slugs.

Eggs I can see. My house you won’t find leftover meat just veggies.
