Baby Chick got pecked by another Hen!!!

Hi!
One of my baby checks got pecked on their back by a hen. They are chirping, and I put some ointment on the injury. I’m scared they might not make it through the night. Any suggestions of what I can do? Or has anyone else have this happen before?

I had a chick get attacked by a rooster, it made an open wound on the head. She was acting woozy. We took her and the other chicks inside under a heat lamp and put wound spray on her head. She healed quickly and was perfectly fine. If you have electrolyte solution you could give that to the injured chick and make sure it's under heat.
