Buying Pullets online?

I bought 3 this spring from Murray. I want to buy 3 more now and it is more expensive there. I found buy 3 of the same is cheaper on Cackle Hatchery, but I'm confused about when they will ship. It says chicks until sept. but I want the adult ones (15-20 weeks). However I can't see anywhere that tells me when they will arrive, as Murray's can guarantee them this week but it's 80 dollars more there. Does anyone know how I can figure out when they arrive?

Is it even safe to ship point-of-lay birds through the mail, or UPS? I would not chance that. (Maybe I don't have enough faith in USPS.)
