Cystic Oviduct or Ascites?

We have a hen that presented with what we believed to be Ascites approximately 8-10 months ago, but when I drained the fluid it was clear. Over the past few months she has gradually filled with fluid again, therefore today, I again drained 2 1/2 cups of clear fluid. All videos I’ve watched show yellow fluid with Ascites; would my hen’s abdomen fill again after drainage if she has cystic oviduct? PS, she acts like nothing is wrong, the only clue is when her belly weight causes us to barely be able to see her legs…

Fluid can be various colors from clear to dark green.

No way to know if it's Cystic Oviduct unless you lose her and have a necropsy.

Ascites is the name of a symptom which means buildup of fluid in the space between the abdomen and internal organs.
She is doing well right now, even laying eggs, hopefully she stays well!
